Practice Management
Our Management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care and patient safety. The team regularly liase with outside agencies including the newly formed Clinical Commissioning Groups to ensure that the practice is acting in accordance with regulations.
The team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Administration
Our administration team are primarily based at River Lawn. They deal with tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription enquiries, the scanning of paperwork onto medical records, dealing with results and handling of patient records. Our administration and prescription team are available between 10am and 4.30pm.

Reception
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. When telephoning for an appointment, advice or a home visit the receptionist may ask you for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries on our behalf so we may help you in the most appropriate and efficient way.
Our receptionists are available from 8.00am - 6.30pm each week day.
