We're excited to launch our Active Communities program—welcoming fun activities for everyone, whether you're new, returning, or managing a health condition.

  • Meet Referral Specialists for wellbeing support

Daily Themes:

  • Monday: Move & Groove
  • Tuesday: Flow
  • Wednesday: Rhythm & Movement + Special Events (Cuppa & Conversations, Empowering Movement, Menopause Wellbeing)
  • Thursday: Strength & Balance
  • Friday: Feel Good Day
