If you are over 28 weeks pregnant, your airline may ask you to get a letter to state that you are fit to fly.

Some airlines have their own form that will need to be completed at any stage of pregnancy. You must check the particular requirements on your airline’s website and contact your airline if you are unsure.

Completion of the airline's form or requesting a letter from the GP will incur a charge.

£35 will need to be paid on collection.

  • If your airline has its own 'fit to fly' form you must also bring this to reception.
  • We will let you know when your completed letter and maternity notes are ready to collect.
  • Fee for letter must be paid at time of collection.
  • These can take up to 4 weeks to be completed.
